Do not send passwords, bank details, payment-card numbers, passport images, driver's license images, or other government IDs.
BabelMe subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Those stores handle payment methods, receipts, refunds, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and upgrade or downgrade billing adjustments. BabelMe receives subscription status so it can unlock the matching plan.
To delete your account, use the in-app Delete Account action or visit babelme-privacy.pages.dev/delete-account.
