About AI notebook units: AI notebook formatting (in Transcribe and the web editor) is metered in units. One unit covers about 4,000 characters of processed text — the transcript sent plus the formatting instructions and the reply allowance — so even a short note uses about 4–5 units per formatting pass, and formatting a full one-hour lecture typically uses about 40 units, more when a translated transcript lane is included. Daily limits apply alongside the monthly amounts on all metered resources; for AI notebook units they are 41 a day on Lite, 100 on Plus, 200 on Voice Pro, and 400 on Heavy — and a single formatting job larger than a day's limit still runs whenever the remaining monthly amount covers it. The usage meters in Account show remaining monthly and daily amounts for every resource.
